APRIL IS OUR MONTH FOR GIVING

Fellow Members: We encourage you to attend a blood donor center in your area and to bring along any adult family members who may wish to give. You are eligible to donate blood if you are 17 years of age or older, in good health and weigh at least 100 pounds. There is no upper age limit to donate. Giving blood is easy, quick, painless, and safe.

Eligible members who have blood donor language in their contract (check your CBA) will be allowed to donate (NO DEFFERALS) at any Blood Donor Center from April 1, 2024 thru April 30, 2024.

• Member will be required to send ORIGINAL verification of blood donation to the Union CER office attention Pat Thomas by the close of business on May 6, 2024.

• The Union will forward the donor names to their Company by May 13, 2024.

• The Company will pay the member eight (8) hours pay, as per their CBA.
