Wednesday, March 18, 2009 – Carousel Dinner Theatre

Join us for an afternoon with Eliza Doolittle as Professor Henry Higgins transforms her from a lower-class, English flower girl to a duchess in just three months in the Broadway musical “My Fair Lady” at the Carousel Dinner Theatre in Akron. Reservations due by February 13, 2009

Tuesday, April 21, 2009 – Amish Adventure

Learn more about the Amish culture. On this trip we will pick up a tour guide who can answer some of your questions about how the Amish live. We will stop at Farmerstown Book & Broom where you will meet a blind broom maker. We will also stop at Heini’s Cheese, Farmerstown Variety Store and a stop in Walnut Creek if you would like to get some ice cream and relax or shop in the bulk food store. We will enjoy lunch at the Der Dutchman. Reservations due by March 20, 2009.

Monday, May 11th, 2009 – Seneca Niagara Casino

It’s time to put your luck to the test! Join us for an afternoon of gambling at Seneca Niagara Casino. Reservations due by April 10, 2009.

Cost: Member $20.00 – Spouse $20.00 – Non-Member $33.00

Thursday, June 4, 2009 – Chautauqua Wine Trail

A tour guide is going to join us for the day to teach us about the history of grape growing in Chautauqua County, New York’s largest grape growing region. We will begin our day at Willow Creek Winery where we will learn how to properly taste wine. After lunch at the historic White Inn, we will tour the wine cellars of Woodbury Vineyards where we will get a lesson on wine glasses. Reservations due by May 1, 2009.

Cost: Member $45.00 – Spouse $45.00 – Non-Member $62.00

Monday – Thursday, 2009 – Atlantic City

Atlantic City by bus. Come join us for a leisurely ride to Atlantic City where we will spend 3 nights and 4 days at Trump Plaza winning big, walking the boardwalk, shopping or just relaxing, it’s your choice! Space is limited so get your reservations in. Reservations due by May 29, 2009.

Tuesday - Thursday, August 18th - 20th, 2009 - Kewadin

We are going to end our year of bus trips with a trip to Kewadin Casino & Hotel. Spend two nights. Test your luck on the slots or at the tables. We will receive a casino bonus from the hotel upon arrival. On our second day we will have a Soo Locks Boat Tour. Space is limited. Reservations due by June 30, 2009.

Reservations are based on a first come first served basis. In order for you to reserve your seat on a trip you will need to send in a check made payable to Bakers’ Local No. 19. The date on the check should be the “Reservations due by date” for the trip you would like to attend. Make out separate checks for each trip that you would like to go on. Please send in with your check(s) and include the name(s) and birth dates (if a gambling trip) of anyone that you are bringing with you. If the person you intended to bring on the trip cannot make it you must call with the name of the person replacing them prior to the date of the trip and pay any differences in costs.
